Managing Director of Good Business Sense and Founder of Yummy Times Group/Be SEEDsational and its initiatives. She’s an innovative entrepreneur with a practical, collaborative, no-nonsense approach to getting things done!

Anne’s passion has led her to successfully create Yummy Times Group. With a mission of “Eat and live seasonably”, Yummy Times Group and its brands aim to make a difference to society, improving the lives, health, wellbeing and nutrition of everyone regardless of age. Yummy Times Group also encourages and facilitates businesses across a range of industries, to address both local health outcomes for Australians, and global issues such as obesity, food availability, sustainability, and food wastage. Click here to read more.

Yummy Times Group's Founder, Anne Roze, recently met with Dion Woo, Vice President of the NSW Chapter of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association, who reached out to discuss all the things SEEDsational. 

Dion was very impressed to learn about a campaign that provides resources that connect to both English and Chinese speaking communities.

Anne discusses this integration, what "Be SEEDsational" really means, and shares some insights into her own inspiration and motivation.

Gi Foundation

Yummy Times Group is delighted that making healthier low-GI choices is now even easier at home! It’s been well reported that low-GI foods are better for you, as they are digested slowly and don’t create huge spikes in blood sugar levels.

Thanks to the GI Foundation, selected and tested recipes will be given the Low GI logo of approval, so that everyone can trust the recipe is not only low GI, but is also a healthy choice based on nutritional criteria that meets the Australian Dietary Guidelines.


The Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) is the peak national association of the dietetic profession. With a focus on providing strategic leadership in food and nutrition and driving for healthier people and nations, Yummy Times Groupis proud to support DAA in all their activities.

With a desire to build a better world, Aussie Farmers Direct are passionate about supporting Aussie farmers and delivering quality Australian farmed produce to everyone’s home. They provide convenience and choice, a great alternative for those whofind there simply isn’t enough hours in the day to create healthy meals.


Yummie knows that farmers are amazing people. By growing something out of next to nothing, farmers are the ones who feed the world. The NSW Farmers Association does an amazing job supporting the Australian agricultural industry.


Cancer is a horrible thing to experience, and it’s thanks to the work of Cancer Council that helps reduce the impact and lessens the burden to all those affected. With “together we will beat cancer” as their vision, Yummy Times Group is a strong believer that this independent charity will achieve their goals.


Yummy Times Group knows it’s not easy living with diabetes, and we’re so glad to see that Diabetes Australia working so hard to provide support and guidance to families and communities affected.


Being healthy is more than just appearances. A healthy lifestyle begins in the mind. Yummy Times Group is a fervent promoter that we should all love our bodies, in every shape or form. Butterfly Foundation does a great job in keeping this message alive in the community and promoting positive images to every individual at every age.

Anna guz

Naturopath, Health & Wellness Coach, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Mood Expert, Founder of The WellMan

Anna's interest in nutrition and herbal medicine started while still in high school, and this encouraged her to do a science degree and then complete a Masters Degree in Nutrition. She has become passionate about a healthy lifestyle, wholesome eating habits and herbal medicine. She stays up to date with recent research in natural therapies by doing extensive reading and attending seminars and conferences on complimentary medicine. She strongly believes in ethical practice.

Anna is a highly qualified naturopath uses herbal medicine, dietary advice, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle modification and flower essences to help you achieve improved health and well-being.

Lisa Chen

Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD)
Master of Nutrition and Dietetics

Lisa Chen is an accredited practicing dietitian (APD) and a full member of Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She works as a consulting dietitian at medical centres to provide patients with appropriate dietary and lifestyle advice, and to coach them to optimal health and wellbeing. She was also being involved in some group education programs to deliver dietetic education in the local communities. Her special language skills, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Chaozhou Dialect allow her to more effectively communicate with patients from the Chinese community. Lisa is passionate about nutrition and providing guidance to patients to help them manage specific nutritional issues and to provide the best quality care.

Jacqui Kwong

Jacqui has seventeen years' experience crafting copy for global brands and magazines in both the public relations and publishing spaces.  She was most recently editor of Weight Watchers magazine for Australia and New Zealand, and prior to that, was Chief Subeditor of Woolworths Australian Good Taste magazine.

Having recently moved to the Central Coast of NSW to spend more time with her young family outside the hustle and bustle of the city, Jacqui is now concentrating on her freelance writing and editing career, contributing to Yummy Times Group and other large organisations.  She writes on a variety of lifestyle topics, her favourite being food and how you can enjoy it while living a healthy, active life.

Jacqui's experience and integrity reflects YTG's mission and commitment to educate people here in Australia and worldwide.


Frida Kotlyar

Frida has over 35 years of experience in musical education and dance. Her passion began at six years old when she began learning to play the piano, and extended to international ballroom and social dance (Foxtrot, Tango, English Waltz, Jive, Cha-Cha, Rumba). Frida's love for dance has earned her many awards, allowed her to perform at various functions, and teach at the Dance Central School. Her love for Argentine Tango took her to Buenos Aires in 2002 to experience the World Tango Festival and many years of training, which she has brought back to Sydney to provide workshops for tango dancers and DJ at tango functions.

As a teacher, Frida is acutely aware of the importance of establishing healthy lifestyles during the childhood years and believes that directing children’s energies in positive directions towards their health will help them develop healthy lifestyles in adulthood. As such, she supports YTG's efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of Australia's younger generation through our various activities.
